10. What sustainability initiatives is Interalloy pursuing?

Interalloy has also addressed the relevant issue of energy scarcity and commissioned its photovoltaic system on the roof of the Interpark building in mid-March 2023. 11. When does Interalloy close for company holidays?
We only close between Christmas and New Year. The exact dates are communicated each autumn via our website and by email. On all other working days we are available as usual.

Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 16:30

13. Can I simply stop by and pick up my order?
We are happy to welcome you on-site. To ensure that your contact person is available and your material is prepared, we kindly ask you to notify us briefly in advance by phone or email.
14. Do you also deliver outside Switzerland?
Yes, we deliver throughout Europe and worldwide in accordance with the agreed Incoterms. We provide support with customs documents and certificates of origin. Let us know your destination and requirements, and we will prepare a suitable offer.
15. Can you deliver orders at short notice?
Often yes – depending on material availability and processing capacity. Please contact us by phone so we can check express options immediately.
16. Which material certificates do you provide?
On request, we provide inspection certificates according to EN 10204 3.1 as well as batch and traceability information.
We also hold a Swiss-TS re-stamping approval, ensuring complete material identification throughout your supply chain.
17. Are there minimum order quantities?
