New in our stainless steel tubes production:
Efficient processing of thin-walled high precision tubes
We are pleased to introduce the latest addition to our machine park: the DN Solutions Leo 1600. This state-of-the-art lathe was specifically developed for the processing of thin-walled stainless steel tubes and is equipped with a customized collet chuck that allows precise clamping of delicate workpieces without causing damage.
Features of the DN Solutions Leo 1600
Thanks to advanced technologies and precise control, the Leo 1600 offers various advantages for any machining process:
- Precise collet chuck:
With optimal concentricity, the machine ensures that even delicate workpieces are securely and evenly clamped. This is especially important when working with thin-walled high precision tubes, where even the smallest deformations must be avoided. - Flexible clamping pressure:
The ability to adjust the clamping pressure individually makes the Leo 1600 a versatile tool. Materials with different strengths and sensitivities can be machined without compromising the structure of the workpiece. - Working with tailstock:
The tailstock function allows for the stabilization and precise machining of longer and larger workpieces, further enhancing the versatility in production.
Application areas and examples
Here are some examples of how the machine can be used in our production:
- Medical technology:
Thin-walled stainless steel tubes for surgical instruments. - Automotive industry:
In the production of components for vehicle engines, such as thin-walled sleeves and bushings. - Aerospace:
Manufacturing of components for aircraft, where lightweight construction and high strength are of utmost importance.
